GSE will attend SNEC 2012

Approved by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, SNEC 6th (2012) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition [SNEC PV POWER (Shanghai) EXPO] will be held from May 16th to 18th in Shanghai, China. It is hosted by Chinese Renewable Energy Society (CRES), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science & Technology Development and Exchange Center (SSTDEC), Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA), and jointly organized by 15 international associations and organizations including Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA). This 6^th edition foresees higher figures comparing with 2011 edition: Last year, companies from 90 countries took part in the event, with 1838 exhibitors and around 180.000 visitors. The 2012 will have bigger exhibition area, 230.000 square meters in the new Shanghai International Expo Center, and there are great expectations about this 6^th edition: More than 2000 exhibitors, 5000 professionals and more than 200.000 visitors will attend the event according to organizers expectations.

GSE Booth at Intersolar India 2011

Intersolar India 2011 was well received by visitors and exhibitors alike as it strengthen its position as India’s largest solar technology exhibition in 2011. The figures of the event summarize the great success of Intersolar India 2011 edition: 264 exhibitors from 18 countries attended the exhibition that took place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. Comparing with the exhibitors of 2010 edition, this year has been an impressive 84% growth in the number of exhibiting companies; this is a very significant success of this edition. 9314 visitors attend the event coming from 38 countries; this figure represents a 62% growth compared to 2010 edition. The Intersolar India Conference that took place jointly with the exhibition was also successful with more than 100 speakers who exchanged the latest technological news of solar market with the crowd audience.

The successful experience of Gorosabel Solar Energy in this event encourages us to repeat the attendance for 2012 edition. Thank you very much to all visitors.

GSE Booth at EU EPVSEC 2011

After five busy days, this year’s 26th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (26th EU PVSEC) closed its doors last 8^th September at the CCH Congress Centre and International Fair Hamburg.

The global PV community gathered in Hamburg, Germany, to conduct business, to network and to present and discuss the latest developments and innovations in Photovoltaics.

During four exhibition days, 999 international exhibitors from along the PV value chain presented the latest products and services on 80,000 square metres in nine exhibition halls. Over 40,000 PV professionals from more than 100 countries visited this show. The EU PVSEC constitutes once more the world’s leading science-to-science, business-to-business and science-to-industry forum for the global PV Solar sector.

Gorosabel Solar Energy gives a very positive event, which served to exchange views with their customers and meet new ones to develop projects based on their solutions to the photovoltaic industry.

GSE Booth at SNEC 2011

SNEC 5th (2011) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition [SNEC (2011) PV POWER EXPO], came to a successful end on last February 24, 2011. It was held at Shanghai New International Expo Center(SNIEC) and approved which was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China and jointly organized by 15 international associations and organizations.

This fair focused on presenting the latest solar power projects and innovative pv technologies and the success of this 5^th edition can be summarized with the following figures: The exhibition occupied all 13 halls of Shanghai New International Expo Center with totally 150,000 sq. meter space and more than 8,500 booths. SNEC 2011 attracted 1,838 exhibitors coming from over 90 countries. There were also over 180,000 visitor attendances to the show.

We would like to thank all the visitors who attend the event and specially those who visit our booth and showed interest about our solutions for photovoltaic industry.

The Delhi International Renewable Energy Conference (DIREC 2010) took place from 27-29 October 2010, in New Delhi, India, bringing together over 13,000 participants representing governments, international organizations, civil society and the private sector to discuss renewables and energy security, climate change and economic development.

The main Conference themes were explored in plenary sessions as well as in ministerial, multistakeholder and CEO discussions, which followed four tracks: technology and infrastructure, policy, finance and renewables access and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Hosted by the Indian Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, DIREC 2010 also featured parallel workshops on various issues including: solar power, solar water heating systems, wind energy, sustainable habitats, biomethanation, rural empowerment, smart grid technology, biofuels and clean lighting options.

In addition, the renewable energy trade expo showcased the latest technology, where Gorosabel Solar Energy showed the latest innovations developed by the company, especially the LU-400, the new unloading system for the tabber & stringer machine that attracted attention from the visitors who visited our stand.

The president of Basque Country, Mr. Patxi López has recently led an institutional and business mission to China in order to support those companies already installed in China and open the way to those who are planning to do it in the future, giving an institutional boost to the relations between the Basque country and China.

Gorosabel Solar Energy, in association with GAIA (the Association of Industries for Electronic and Information Technologies in the Basque country) took part in this trade mission to China in order to establish and open new business opportunities with leading Chinese solar energy companies. In particular, visits to customers in the areas of Shanghai, Tianjin, Baodin and Benjin have been very positive because of the great business expectations opened in Chinese solar energy industry for the future; these expectations remark the increasing business relationships that Gorosabel Solar energy has developed in Asian Markets, and especially in the Chinese market.

The 25th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition closed its doors today after 5 busy days in Valencia, Spain. 4,540 Conference Delegates attended 1,600 scientific and technical presentations, covering all aspects of photovoltaics. 963 exhibitors met with 38.000 visitors from around the world. This 5th World Conference on Photovoltaic Energy Conversion confirmed that Photovoltaics is developing globally in the right direction. The Conference Delegates presented new ideas and concepts in all fields of PV research and technology.

Speaking about PV Industry Exhibition, both visitors and exhibitors appreciated the high competence at this PV Industry Exhibition: sentences like “All the discussions and talks we had at this event were of a high professional quality.” “We are very pleased with the outcome of our participation as an exhibitor in this event, especially because of the great number of international PV specialists attending. We were able to initiate many new contacts and promising business activities” or “This 25th EU PVSEC in Valencia was the most important Conference and Exhibition in 2010” are samples of the positive evaluation.

Gorosabel Solar Energy views very positively the results of the fair, where there were many visitors who came to our booth to get on site information about our equipment for the photovoltaic industry.

It was also announced that the next 26th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition will be held 2011 in Hamburg, Germany from 5-9 September 2011; comparing with the exhibition area occupied in 2009, the exhibition area for the 26th EU PVSEC will be expanded considerably in 2011.
